Our Vision
1. Connection.
Connection is the heart and soul of our work. We believe all individuals deserve support, connection, respect, and opportunities for a better life. Our goal is to deliver the necessities and extend our resources to provide programs that will build healthy self-worth and construct proactive life skills.
2. Commitment.
We are dedicated to equipping the youth of our community with the essentials and skills to achieve their goals and continue to succeed into adulthood.
3. Impact.
We impart programs and support for youth and families to create positive influence and create life long attainable success.
Our Values
Our intention is to help people from all walks of life to have the ability and the access to housing. That children, young adults, and the elderly are valued and well taken care of, respected and have the tools to be successful.

Ocie Rivers
"I've been a Portland resident my entire life and have been active in my community from the time I was a young adult. Taking on roles such as a park director at Colonel Summers Park and being a mentor to children to this very day. Volunteering for associates like the Red Cross, NABVET's, and the Oregon Food Bank have really brought about some of the best experiences and people into my life. I have enjoyed coaching basketball for the better half of my life to children of all ages, including my own and to bring out the comradery that sport teams offer. I have always said 'Shake a hand, meet a friend.' which is the same mentality I carry today. As long as I am able to, I am willing to, that's just the Rivers way!"
